Owners of any statutorily prohibited area or private property, excluding residences, where the owner prohibits the carrying of firearms must clearly and conspicuously post the Illinois State Police approved sign, in accordance with Firearm Concealed Carry Act, at the entrance of the building, premises or real property.

Pursuant to Section 65(d) of the Firearm Concealed Carry Act, signs must be of a uniform design. Download the attached file for a link to the approved IL Concealed Firearm signage to be displayed.

HB5892 amends the School Code. Provides for the administration of undesignated EPI auto-injectors by a pupil, school nurse, and trained personnel. Limits liability for the administration of undesignated EPI auto-injectors by school nurse or trained personnel. Requires school to permit the self-administration and self carry of asthma medication by pupil with asthma.
