About Chicago City Day School
Founded in 1981, The Chicago City Day School is an independent, co-educational, urban elementary school serving children in junior kindergarten through eighth grade. The School sees as its mission the preparation of students intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally, and aesthetically to participate in a changing and increasingly complex society.
The Chicago City Day School's pristine two-acre campus is located on a tree-lined residential street in Chicago's Belmont Harbor neighborhood, less than a block from Lake Shore Drive and Lake Michigan.
