From 1963 when Raymond E. Daley and a group of Indiana friends set out to form an independent, Catholic day school for boys, to the charter freshman class of 24 in the fall of 1964, to today's coed day and boarding enrollment of 230 students, La Lumiere continues to weave together principals of character, scholarship and faith. In addition to academics, La Lumiere offers athletics, co-curricular activities, and community service opportunities playing an important role in the life of the student body. Members of the La Lumiere community invite parents interested in learning more about the school to join them for an evening of friendly and informative conversation. Living Room Chats are welcoming and casual, and provide personal insights into the La Lumiere experience. For additional information, visit the La Lumiere website
